Deposit, booking and cancellations

To lock in your date, I ask for a deposit: $200 CAD for a half day, $350 CAD for a full day, or $500 CAD for the 2-day wilderness trip. The balance is paid in cash (CAD) on the day of your trip. Gratuity is not included.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to change your date, let me know at least 7 days ahead and we’ll move your trip to another available date this season or later. With less than 7 days’ notice, or if you don’t show up, the deposit is forfeited. If I have to cancel, I’ll offer you a new date or a full refund.

Not sure where to go? Browse the rivers I guide, or send me a message and I’ll help you choose. In Alberta, you also need a Wildlife Identification Number (WiN) before you can buy a fishing licence. You can get both online at AlbertaRELM.com, and I’ll walk you through it when you book.
