As a guest, you are responsible for obtaining a valid fishing license and complying with all fishing regulations in Alberta and Canada. This includes the following rules about fishing licenses, catch limits, protected species, and approved fishing methods.

3. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a positive environment, we do not condone or tolerate any illegal activities, including:

Using counterfeit fishing licenses.
Exceeding catch limits or fishing for protected species.
Misrepresenting a child’s age for licensing purposes.
Carrying illegal substances or items.

4. Enforcement and Reporting

We make every effort to inform our guests of relevant laws, but it’s your responsibility to stay informed and follow them. If we notice any illegal activity, we will kindly ask you to stop. However, (www.trouthavenfly.com) is not responsible for any legal consequences that result from your actions. Any fines, legal fees, or penalties are your responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

By booking a trip with us, you agree to release Trout Haven Fly, its owners, staff, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from illegal activities you may engage in during your trip. This includes any fines, legal fees, or penalties that may result.

6. Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy to keep things fair for all guests:

Cancellation Due to Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances: If we need to cancel your trip due to weather or unforeseen events within 72 hours of departure, we’ll refund 50% of your deposit.
Within 1 week of your scheduled trip or no-show: Deposits are non-refundable.
More than 1 month before your booked date: You are eligible for a full refund if the spot is rebooked.

We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and ensure flexibility. Your adventure with us is important, and we strive to accommodate changes whenever possible.
